TREND PROFESSIONAL STRIKE & KEEP JIG

An innovative, trade-rated, universal routing jig for the installation of strike, keep and latch plates in timber door frames. Fully adjustable to accommodate all common tubular latches, sash locks and dead locks, including 2, 3 and 5-lever Mortice locks. Dual-layer 2-in-1 design allows face plates and mortises to be setup and routed with incredible speed, accuracy and ease. Suitable for both new and repair work.

Quick-Release Face Plate & Mortise Layers for rapid switching and perfect relative positioning.

Fully-Adjustable Sliding Aluminium Plates allow complete shape and size customisation.

Removable Setup Gauges utilise the ironmongery to position the aluminium plates in seconds.

Adjustable Edge Guides ensure perfect door frame inset positioning of the strike plate relative to the door latch.

12mm Rebate Spacers raise the jig for use on existing door frames with a 12mm rebate/door stop (included and optional).

Includes a Robust Nylon Carry Bag.

Requires a ¼” Router (with 140mm+ base diameter), 16mm diameter thin-wall guide bush (GB160), and long-reach 12mm diameter Router Bit (C019AX1/4TC).

NOTE: for 5-Lever Locks or for use with an existing 12mm door stop/rebate, an 8mm router collet and 8mm shank Router Bit (C019CX8MMTC) is required.
