Our courier partners (DPD, Royal Mail) have all updated their delivery processes to take extra precautions due to Coronavirus. Please follow the below advice:

1. Customers can use the DPD app to nominate a ‘safe place’ for their delivery to be left if they do not want close contact.

For customers unable to use the DPD app, DPD is still able to offer a contact-free delivery, and will take a picture of the property and capture a proof of delivery name instead of capturing a customer signature.

CAN I CHOOSE A SAFE PLACE OR DROP OFF POINT WITH DPD?

One of the best features of using DPD as our courier is that they allow you to take control of your delivery.

DPD text and email you with a delivery window on the morning of delivery.  

You can choose for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place around your home or at a DPD drop off point.

IMPORTANT: should you choose to have the parcel delivered to a place other than the address on your order (i.e. the safe place or drop off point), DPD and Toucan Tools Co. LTD are not liable should the parcel become damaged or goes missing.

Free delivery on orders over £82.50 excluding V.A.T otherwise a carriage charge of £5.99 excluding V.A.T will apply*

Delivery is next working day for orders placed before 1:30pm excluding weekends, but please allow 1-2 working days.

UK Next Working Day Delivery Pre 12PM is available with a carriage charge of £16.00 excluding V.A.T (Orders Will Need To Be Placed Before 1:30pm)

Saturday delivery is available with a carriage charge of £14.49 excluding V.A.T for orders placed before 1:30pm Friday.

Sunday delivery is available with a carriage charge of £15.00 excluding V.A.T for orders placed before 1:30pm Friday.

Delivery charges apply to U.K mainland only, surcharges will apply to Highlands and Offshore locations and may take longer to deliver.
